Lean your heads forward and pinch the fleshy part of your noses for ten minutes.
And 1/14 to be top four

Connacht 18 63
Leinster 18 59
Scarlets 18 57
Munster 18 52
Ulster 18 51
Glasgow 17 51
Cardiff 18 44
Edinburgh 17 43
Ospreys 18 39
Dragons 17 24
Zebre 17 19
Treviso 18 16
Ok Scarlets winning at Ospreys wasn't ideal but they have some tough games to come also and still have a 6 points gap to bridge on us. At this stage I think Glasgow are the only side below the Top 3 who may well catch us. We have some tricky games on the run in but there are plenty of games between other sides around us who'll take points off each other.

Ulster disappointing, got into a position to win it but lost their way.

They are 8 behind us now with only 4 games left for them. Zebre away should be 5 for them but they have us and Leinster at home and Ospreys away. Won't be easy for them to pick up a significant haul of points.
Glasgow are a worry at this stage given their run in. Last game could have huge significance.
Glasgow played a lot of good rugby also. It was a highly entertaining game with Glasgow deserving the win

Munster v Zebre - only one result surely (surely?)
Cardiff v Treviso - ditto and broadly irrelevant (though Ospreys and Zebre fans might disagree)
Glasgow v Ulster - Glasgow are effectively a point ahead so an Ulster win or a draw would be best, but I can't see beyond a home win
Ospreys v Scarlets - A home win here would go along way towards helping us finish ahead of Scarlets (they have a lot of winnable games left)
Dragons v Edinburgh - Another home win would snuff out Gunners' slim hopes of catching up

I didn't look too closely at his predictions, but I'd take a home semi vs scarlets, with a potential final against Leinster
A final against Leinster in Edinburgh in May.
If I'm dreaming, don't wake me up.
All the pinching aside lets take it player by player
ToH has been the best fullback in the league
Poolman (while not scoring for fun these days) is both attackingly and defensively sound
Aki (no comment necessary)
Ronaldson has been brillant and Robb, Parata, Finn, Mcsharry, Griffin aint shabby
Healy (no comment, just fab)
AJ ( playing a blinder these days)
Marmion (as good as any 9 in the Pro12)
Buckley (there is nobody to compare)
Tom (huge physical presence)
Nathan ( even a bigger physical presence)
Ultan is flying these days
Muldowney is simply brillant
Muldoon playing the best rugby he has ever player
Heenan is without doubt the best 7 in Ireland
Mckeon (probably for saturday) playing simply great stuff
And then we cant include finlay, no mention of nepia, masterson out injured and so on. We are in a very good place these days
