Connacht are 1/14.
I feel ill.
we have leinster, munster, ulster, treviso and glasgow to finish. 3 years ago that would have been a nighmare finish. Roll on 3 years and now I cant see us losing any of these games. Pinch me please.

As it happens of course we lost, so it wasn't an issue. Hopefully if it arises this season, STHs will get a better deal.

I imagine the majority of people looking at this topic are not interested in reading about who predicted what and when, or care if they were right or not. I know I don't.

We have to focus on new prediction for the end of the season.
IMO it's simple when you make a projection
Top 6 62 points
Top 4 65 points
Top 2 71 points

More recently, I've predicted they're going to finsh ahead of us anyway, which solves the problem and means Ospreys/Scarlets are our rival. Munster too, but I didn't see that coming.
Anyway with the unexpected win in Murrayfield, this a more of a theorical debate (unlikely those 3 teams make top 6, not 100% impossible). We do have now are own destiny reasonably between our hand for semi-final. 4 games winnable. Win 3 and it may be top 2

If we finish ahead of Edinburgh (as you predicted we would), then Glasgow cannot stop us qualifying for Champions Cup (as you predicted they might).
It's only if they both finish ahead of us that it presents a problem.

But if we're ahead of Edinburgh we don't need to be ahead of Glasgow (for Europe).connachta wrote: Agree but not because of Embra, never ever. I ruled them out very early. Our rivals always have been Ospreys and Glasgow in my mind.

There Pinky you can admit I predicted Edinburgh would fade away, or do you want my self-quote from December?
hang on there connachta 2 weeks ago over on boards you were pessimistic of us getting top 6
