few people on the facebook page not happy and from my point of view rightly so. One guy been asking for awhile can he bring a child to the odd game and at which cost. 8 match's this season was free for under 12, €5 for others i think.
they point blank ignored the question but today finally gave in and replyed only for them not to answer the question but to bullshit on about something.
then this alerts me why they dont answer.
the cost to renew a Junior (3 - 17 years old) Season Ticket is €60. This is also the 'Early Bird' price for a junior. Full price (from May 18th onwards) is €90.
they are charging 3-12 €60 which would be crap value compared to kids last season, 8 free, €5 for interpro's and €10 for 3 heineken cups. thats an extra €15 per primary school kids but i guess less then €2 a game for (the other used to be free) 8 games is not to bad a value for junior season tickets.

if the child is between 12-18 then its good value.
if the child is under 12 then paying €60 and 6 something fee is a rip off
12-18
non inter pro €5 x 8 =40
inter pro €5 x 3 =€15
heineken cup €10 x 3 =€30
€85 euro worth plus extra's is good if you only paid €60
under 12's
non inter pro FREE
inter pro's €5 x 3 =15
heineken cup €10 x 3 =€30
€45 euro worth.
students renewal's is €130 plus 2 booking fee's would leave you at €60 child ticket.
if child is 12-18, good value!!

Troike would not take it. Their strings are all being pulled by the Germans and they do not know the 1st thing about rugby, so I think your safe there

No complaints about the value. Up 11% but when you consider it held steady last season and was slashed the year before, it's bloody good. A bit more of a hike for families but I suppose when they were cheaper than two adult tickets it probably led to an unprecedented number of suspiciously straight looking same-sex couples.
I wonder is the e59 for the Pavilion Club worth it? On the face of it, not particularly. I suppose if you were a regular purchaser of the programme (I'm not), there's e45 worth of them included. And it is a lot warmer than the Clan Bar. If there was the odd plate of sandwiches floating around, that might swing it.

Remains to be seen what the new ticket suppliers are like but no harm to give the boot to ticketmaster.
Bit of an increase in the family season ticket from 375 to 420, might just go back to buying two individual season tickets. Think they could have kept this at 400 but not a major complaint.
Booking fee not major but still think they could factor this into the price rather than in the small print. If necessary add another €10 to each ticket. Small complaints though.
All in all decent value.
