Has anyone else been told that their session has timed out as soon as they put in credit card details to renew?
This has happened to me on five different occasions now, contacted them twice to be told I'd be called back and three days later still no word....
Plus there is a suspicious purchase fee on my card twice so far of 5.95......
This has just happened me, how did you get it sorted. Difference is my session did not time out as i still had over 2 minutes but it told me the webpage was no longer available.

As if by magic I just opened the app again and all is sorted, working away perfect, damn gremlins again!
So as I was saying, top job ummm!
Thanks for the support. Sometimes the twitter connection times out, but it'll try again later.

Never put down to conspiracy what can be plain human error.
I'm sure ill get it sorted in time.
On a completely unrelated topic ummm, loving the app.. Have an issue with twitter though, says it cannot access twitter feed or something similar.

connacht should do something like that on there website and maybe if you got something in elverys etc you could bring the receipt into the office at end of season to get your points.
maybe for every €10 you spend you get €1 of for next season's season ticket.
jersey €60. 4 matchs €60 =€120 so that be €12 of your season ticket.
sure tesco and dunnes have there cards and they just scan them before or after buying food. how hard can it be!!!

You raise an interesting point re attracting new business. I wud suggest a commacht rugby membership card at a cost of 30 euro. It would look like the st and entitle the holder to the discounts in elverys etc and gift that st holder gets. It would also entitle holder to 5 euro discount on ticket to games. That means that he wud have to attend 6 games to break even and more to get ahead. If he doesnt the club are up and he has his membership card. The more games he attends the closer he gets to purchasing a st.

There are two terraces behind each goal which are empty a lot of the time and never been full to capacity this season. Surely it would make more marketing sense to utilise these areas for u12s and their parents. If the game is on and there is space under clan terrace or main stand by all means then let them in but keep them coming they are the paying supporters of the next generation.
It's a gamble that the Branch have to make, it's the same gamble any business makes when it's forced to increase prices and they are rightly backing their belief that they are delivering a better and better product for the money that's expectebbbbd iof supporters..
i see u completely ignored my point about letting the u12s behind the goals for free.
While we are on the point of gambles re growing business how does it make good business sense to charge new customers more than existing customers? Surely to god it should be the same or the other way around. Ythey already have existing st holders on the hook and are looking to broaden that base so how does charging newbies more make sense?
Oh and seeking more for less is the way things are done in this country these days. Why should rugby be any different.
Rossie, I was trying to leave this just to you and S_P, but felt I had to stick my nose in on this bit. You mentioned that the Branch was up against it in terms of the fickle Galway supporters, but then question why they would give existing customers a better deal. I'd think rewarding loyalty would be one way to create sustained support. Certainly doing it the other way around would never work. It would cause resentment, "They have us in the door now they don't care about us."
I'm not sure the season ticket is the first step in broadening the base. The Branch has to find a way to get the casual fan into the grounds enough times during the season to the point that they say let me save myself some money and be guaranteed a ticket for every game by getting a season ticket. Of course Connacht winning most of their home games and playing in the HEC would also be very helpful in this regard.
