Sean O'Hagan has supposedly signed for Ulster, as on the dotted line. :( Anyone hear about this? I know it was rumoured but can anyone put the feelers out to check?

God no, the definition of a one trick pony imo. Hasn't got much power from a standing start either for his size, Marmion destroyed him coming from the base of the scrum multiple times in the past.
Re George, maybe his confidence is a bit down atm but he still has a lot to offer even if its off the bench as an impact utility sub, just needs to get back to straight running, hard hitting rugby.

Afraid not, it's Senior side, second senior side and 7s. Which is why George can never be IQ either and why Paul Warwick wasn't eligible.

Correction: He's NIQ assuming the appearances in Vegas count as internationals.

IRB Rule 8.2 " A Player who has played for the senior fifteen-a-side National Representative Team or the next senior fifteen-a-side National Representative Team or the senior National Representative Sevens Team of a Union is not eligible to play for the senior fifteen-a-side National Representative Team or the next senior fifteen-a-side National Representative Team or the senior National Representative Sevens Team of another Union. "

He seems to have pace and ability to offload, but hard to evaluate as the US defenses are so ineffecient on the video..

Yes he has. My understanding of the rule is that that you are NIQ if you have played for senior international and second string international. Everything else is ok.

Took the words out of my mouth Salmson. He looks good though nice step on him and if Lam thinks he's good I'd be happy with him but he's NIQ unfortunatley. With White IE next year and Parks retiring we will have spaces available for more NIQ's though.

Heard this one from an "outside connacht" source. Not sure how serious to take it but here goes.
Connacht are allegedly close to signing US Eagles 7's Brett Thompson. Prop in sevens but 12/13 in fifteen a-side.
Son of USA underage coach Salty Thompson.
Salty is originally from Co.Down and played for ARDS and Ulster u-19. As Brett hasn't played for eagles or "eagles A" he's IQ. He also looks like he'd satisfy the swift4prez minimum height rule.

Rumours on the Leinster site that we offered Jack Conan of Leinster a three year deal to come here. Also that Conor Gilsenan is looking to make a move here if things work out during the loan. Hopefully these rumours are true!

What's the story with tadhg leader? He looked a good prospect last season art 12 for the eagles. Haven't heard his name in a while. He's a decent goal kicker too.
