It would and it would be great injury cover. But Hagan would realistically be coming in as 3rd choice after leaving as 1st. Would he be happy with that?

And would Ronan be messed about being moved from side to side without settling? He had a great season, I wouldn't like to see that messed with.

Whole load of (rosy) assumptions going on folks. We don't know if he has been/will be released. And if he is why would Connacht be the place he'd end up?

We've got a decent crop of props, some still a little green and in need of work but Wilko/Buckley and White/Rollox are good LH/TH pairs. I don't necessarily see why we'd destabilise that.

If Hagan was to leave it wouldn't surprise me if London Irish are sniffing around. They were after him before he moved back to Leinster and have just make a concerted effort to reclaim the "Irish" tag with TOL, iHumphs and now Conor Gaston.

I asked a former player of Connacht who played with hagan if he heard was he moving back and he said that he heard along the lines that he might. Same guy told me months before hand that Dan parks was coming

I'd imagine that Ronan Loughney would move back to loosehead prop to challenge Brett Wilkinson with the other two competing at tighthead prop.

Why would Hagan return to Connacht to renew rivalry with Nathan White and Ronan Loughney for a tight head spot?
More likely if he's leaving Leinster that he's moving to England or France.

Jamie Hagan is not listed on the Leinster updated squad profiles for 2012/2013

for example locks macca wilko and duffy will be late too starting.

also muldoon has a week or so left as he was playing in the baabaas game

I think he means the likes of Dan Parks, Nathan White and Willie Faloon who afaik haven't started pre season yet

Someone asked : have the new lads started pre season yet mark?

And he answers : yeah but still a few to come in the next week or two! All depends when there seasons finished!

So I can't help imagining one or two Super 15 nanes... :whistle: :cheer:
