@ seapoint surley playing for Zebre has had an influence on his try scoring due to poor service. Maybe with better service from better players he could score a bagfull.
He was at Castre & Toulon before hist time with Aironi & Zebre that and his record was no great shakes at either...

The youth have the ball skills need the experienced guys to help them up. I agree with the saying "if your good enough your old enough".
Anybody in mind...?

I'd be very disappointed if we cashed in our last NIQ spot on another winger
Me to. I think it's one of the few areas on the pitch that we're strong. I like Sinoti but I really want a backrower coming in. Just when I was hoping about Alafoti Fa'osiliva

NIE
1 x front row
1 x 2nd row
1 x back row
1 x half back
1 x wing
Project
1 x centre
IMO its a good signing. It also frees up Poolman to play at centre where I believe he will be better utilised. I'd have maybe preferred a centre coming in (we look a bit light at centre) and if a winger wasn't coming in we might have got to see more of maybe Layden and these lads but look Pat Lam obviously has a plan as to how to get the most out of the backline at his disposal, we might be seeing a few positional changes in the backline. Lets see does it come to fruition and if it does lets see who they bring in to strengthen us in areas where we look a bit weak at present.

I dreamt of this yesterday, and Connacht realizes the dreams! Can't believe it!
That article appears to be dated 19th April:
I struggle to believe a deal would have been done last Friday and not confirmed by the branch at this stage, especially with the Fets situation appearing to be up in the air at the moment.
I think we need to put this firmly in the 'I'll believe it when i see it' category.
Unless he's half the cost of Fet's I don't see anything in his stats that warrants a contract, even allowing for a decent performance against us. Doesn't seem have to done enough at any of his previous clubs to warrant more than a one year contract...

31 Games last season for just Six tries.
18 Games this for just two tries.
Not exactly barnstorming...

Google Translate:
That his adventure in Italy was winding down was known for a few days. Now you also know his next destination: the wing of the Zebras Sinoti Sinoti will go to Connacht. The 27 year old has signed a two-year contract with the Irish province and will remain so in the Pro 12 after two seasons Italian, prior to Aironi and then to the Zebras. Previously, the Samoan had dressed the meshes of Hawke's Bay, Toulon and Castres.
