Scarlets 12-6 up on Munster at half time. Duncan Williams getting a needless yellow just before half time. Would fancy the Scarlets at this stage but looks like a game where one try could prove the difference.

indeed with Scarlets facing Irish teams in the next 3 weeks we're back into the realms of needing our friends to help us to get into the Champions Cup.

Thank you Ulster! :woohoo:
Was watching bits of it on the TV. Ulster looked like they were getting on top when McCloskey got red carded. After that they continued giving away silly penalties. Luckily they held on with 13 men surviving a couple of 5 metre lineouts with the Edinburgh hooker putting in a few crooked throws. Heathcoate missed a number of kicks also. Big boost for us that result.
Watching earlier on Treviso scored some fantastic tries against Cardiff and ran out deserving 16 point winners. They might be trickier than first imagined in Galway next Sunday. They played some good rugby and more than held their own up front. However, I'd be positive looking at that match that both teams are very beatable in the weeks to come. Things look all at sea at Cardiff, got back in it a couple of times in the first half and you felt that they would then get a stranglehold but then proceeded to give away poor tries from a defensive perspective. They will be stronger at home undoubtedly but still not much to fear.
Hopefully a favour from Munster tomorrow.
We need to put last week behind us and get back on track. Can only rely on others to some extent.

Fair play to them, didn't think they'd hold out for 6 mins down to 13 men!
Heathcote left 17 points behind him, missed 5 penalty kicks and 1 conversion. Lucky for us!
