Dya know what, seeing that stuff and the other bits since he left feels like the two fingers. I'm sure the Leinster boys are loving it that he is now one of them and the new poster boy. I not usually one for letting these things bother me but this one does. Fair enough make your move, what's best for you but I hope you get smashed (legally) when we play ye. You've nailed your colours to the mast, no love lost on the pitch now.

And get off my timeline ffs!!

Despite it not working out for him he's quite complimentary about his time at Connacht.

Jordi Murphy posted a picture on instagram this morning of Robbie heading to training in his Leinster gear. Turned my stomach a little I have to admit.

Yes, by all accounts it will take a quite a while for Robbie to get back to himself. Interesting articles in today's news.
That's a pity for him. Best of luck to Robbie with his recovery.

Brilliant Salmson brain obviously gone into weekend mode confusing "toned up"and "slim down" maybe I should have just said "lost weight"

Does Rodney look to have slimmed up big time or is it an optical illusion?

Lovely article about Aly

For the non-french speakers it says

Muldowney started playing football and basket-ball, he sees a lot of similarities between rugby and the latter
He played his 1st game as centre
Glad to have finished with us on a high, with children and fans in Murrayfield
Jackman describes him as the "most complete profile for 2nd row in both English and Celtic leagues"
Bernard says his non-cap in South-af was a sanction for leaving, but he has the international level
Than Aly tells us about his car trip to the Alpes, kind of Siberian adventure once more
