Jake

For Biarritz fans travelling into Dublin Airport. Here is one option, Three bus companies offer regular service from the Dublin Airport to Galway ever hour, trip takes between 2.5 and 3 hours and cost between €17 and €25 return.

Any ideas how you will be coming? Flight times aren't the best and are quite expensive when considering we'll need three nights in hotels? Are there any alternatives to Easyjet via Dublin or Gatwick?

Between a 40 minute and 1 hour drive away. Definitely quickest journey to Galway, when compared to Cork or Dublin

So the dates have been decided ... Biarritz visiting you on 7th December and the return leg the following week ...

Need to find some good cheap alternatives to travelling over! Looking forward to it already!

gaillimhabu wrote: I was in Biarritz last weekend and I can vouch that it's a cracking place. Lovely city with the airport only 10 minutes drive away. Nice beaches/coastline scenery, clean city and friendly people. However it will be a lot colder when we visit but the buzz should still be there

Weather will depend on the draw. If we draw BO away as our first fixture, weather will still be warmer than a Galway summer day... B)
(actually in fairness even if December it should be too... ;) )
