Is Ryan not out for the Italy game?
As far as I know he's being monitored.

Concussions are always a concern and you don't want to rush him back, but he has a couple of weeks to recover.

Ian Madigan and Jonathan Sexton have been named in the squad.
There are still doubts about Sexton’s availability so Jackson or Madigan to start?
Mike McCarthy is also named and is therefore potentially available for selection against France.
Robbie Diack, Tommy O’Donnell and Andrew Trimble have also been picked in the extended squad. Huge fan of Diack and looking at him and O'Donnell it seems Kidney is toying with bringing in a 7 to slow down ball, will be interesting to see if one of them make the bench.
Backline players Robbie Henshaw and Daren Cave were not considered due to picking up concussions while playing for their provinces. Henshaw with a concussion is a big worry for us.

Huge game against the Ospreys at Thomond Park at the start of March, the loser of that could be in trouble to get a top 4 spot.
Munster have a favourable enough run in to come though with 4 games against bottom half sides. You'd still fancy them for top 4 but doubt Ulster or Leinster will be too worried about facing them.
As for ROG playing at 10 next week, lord help us. Scotland are ordinary but I'd really fancy them next week if we line out with ROG at 10.

I don't know about comfortable, but anything other than a Quins win on current form would be a surprise.
If they revert to RO'G at 10, they're screwed basically. They'll never put enough pressure on Quins there to win by kicking penalties, and with RO'G at 10 I don't think they'll offer enough threat with ball in hand (Quins defence is top notch, a lesson they learned from the loss to Leinster in the Bloodgate game).
Keatley is the man for the Quins game, he'll run the line and come into the line as an extra attacker, not just shovel ball out and kick it away to Quins excellent back three...
