It wouldn't be much of a hardship spending a weekend in either of those destinations.

So we throw the game today, hope Cardiff get a TBP in Lyon, finish fifth, win in the Arms Park and get a home semi ;-)

Otherwise (assuming we can win a home QF), the likely semifinal destination is Newcastle (if Paris win) or Pau (if Edinburgh win).

So an Edinburgh win is better now, right? We surely can't lose to Cardiff 3 times in one season ;-)
(Unless Enisei win - I still have faith)

Agree. But Edinburgh lineup is unexpextedly weakened (Scottish internationals + injuries I guess..)...
Pau was an amazing team tonight. They're my favorite too.
Though nothing "impossible" on a Connacht POV. Just would like we avoid Newcastle who're performing very well with both 1st and 2nd team this season.

We're 3rd favourites at 4-1 behind Edinburgh and Newcastle. Pau are a very tasty 7-1....

So now depending on Edinburgh result it's either Cardiff or Gloucester to come to the Sportsground.
2 teams we like so much. Hot atmosphere to host them :P

Pau BP win is outstanding.

No regret from Worcester "no-drop-goal", 4 points wouldn't have been enough (assuming Newcaslte A smash Enisei A tomorrow)

Glo 17 - 34 Pau, BP wrapped up with 10 minutes to go. Guess that kills our hopes of top 2 off, unless there’s a shock in Georgia.

No favour from Gloucester. 10 minutes left, losing 17. 34.

I'd have prefered Gloucester. Except if there was an incidence on a Connacht POV I missed...

Didn't we shout for them in the final last year cos we didn't want to go to Gloucester? And surely in every Paris derby since the ill-fated 'Fusion'.

Could have been worse. Hope, slim hope...

That''s a strong side, one that should win by about ten points. I'll be there making sure....
