A banner in the main stand so he can definitely see it would be awesome but costly I'd imagine. Old bed sheet and a tin of shoe-polish anyone??

It would be great to do something but I think the best thing that can be done is to create a HC type atmosphere so that the occasion is crowned with a gutsy Connacht performance. It will be emotional for all parties. I know Eric will be reluctant to take the acclaim (likewise JOC) but it'd be great to get see him get the acclaim he deserves.

All Eric will want is that the fans get behind the team. Message should be simple, get there early, bring flags, scarves, banners, cheer the team to the hilt, hopefully get a result but either way ensure Eric gets a warm send off at the final whistle.

I prefer not to see it as a goodbye rather we'll see you again soon.

The game is on RTE I see which is rare and is a great showcase for Connacht Rugby. Hopefully that clown Daire O'Brien will be left at home for the evening.

Agreed, any ideas? the branch metioned doing something, but TBH have been up the walls with work.
