I think it's that you have the eyes cut out. It kinda looks like a Jason Vorhees Hockey mask could definitely psych out the competition though.

Maybe the simplest thing to do and easiest to co-ordinate is a Go Green For Eric Day, and encourage all attending to outwardly wear green for the game as a mark of respect for him...

Would be important to make the decision now and start promoting it.
