Munster have had him 3 times, same as Blues and Scarlets. No team has had him 4 times.

That's in the Pro12, not sure about in Europe.

When Nigel reffed us in the match against Quins it was his first time reffing in Galway, he has never reffed a Connacht home match in the Pro12.

Out of absolute curiosity, is it handy for you to work out how many times Munster have had Owens this season? All joking about him being their pet ref aside, to my eyes he refs them more than any other single team.

Oh, and spare a thought for Dragons. Ok, we've had it rough, but Dragons just got a brand new ref for the second week in succession. That's just unforgivable. And it has dropped Dragons down into a battle for last place with us and Aironi.
