Worried about this one. If we had one of our out halfs available would be quite confident but have a nagging bad feeling about this one. For all Munster's faults they were more than a match for Leinster the last day and should have at least drawn. Usually this fixture has been one where we've come in with the chip on our shoulder with a point to prove but in this case Munster are getting slated from all sides but will definitely rally the troops for this one.

While on paper it wouldn't be fatal for our Top 2 hopes to lose here, in reality if we don't win this game I find it hard to see us being in Edinburgh.

Munster name a stronger team than the one that faced us in Thomond. Not a great bench, mind.

We'll be meeting the MRSC Choir at 3.00 in The Dail Bar tomorrow if anyone is around ahead of the match and fancies having a bit of craic with some Munster supporters beforehand. They'll be belting out a couple of tunes too, which should be memorable!

"Our march is quite slow y'know, when we get to where we want to get to, it's going to take time, but when we get there it's going to be fantastic." - Johnny O'Connor 2013

Edward there is already a thread relating to match tickets that you have posted on.

Please dont start spamming other threads.

What about the semi final tickets thread?

Do we have to apply to you for permission to criticise legitimate issues?

Being a STH for a number of years gives me that right so jog on.

Not to drag this out, but just for the record I wasn't referring to you CC.

I'm just a bit bothered by people springing up who think that after half a season of winning, Connacht have a right to lord it over a team who made it to the final last year, very nearly won in the Aviva two weeks ago, and who'll have nearly as many Lions starting on Saturday as we've had in our history. And, eh, European Cups. Two of them.

We all saw what happened with that semi final tickets thread.

Anyway, the language used was a harsher than I'd intended. I'm the one being obnoxious. Soz to all.

You'd sneeze on him. Really.

I hear they're planning to feed him something undercooked

Not a Conor Murray box-kick then, they tend towards "de la semelle" ;)

Boom!. Comment of the week right there.

Agreed.

Accusations (even in jest) of incest aren't even remotely appropriate.

That's all I'm going to say on these comments. This thread is for the match on Saturday.
Looks like we're slight favorites with the bookies. If the weather stays good for Saturday, I think we'll win by about 8

I'm sure Foley is getting them all worked into a lather for this one. There's enough ammunition in the media about the rise of Connacht and he will be letting them know it's at their expense and it's time to put us back in our place. They'll love to play spoiler while keeping themselves involved in the Champions Cup. The lads will have to weather the early storm and gain the upper hand. It's sure to be a tight game, any talk of a comfortable Connacht win just gets me nervous.
