Apart from that it looks a strong team and you might even say an even stronger bench, McSharry seems to have fallen out of favour.
Leader on the bench is probably a mix of time management having played so much so far this season and Ireland management. McSharry was due to start last weekend in fairness, and if Ronaldson covers 10 then someone has to cover 12 I guess. He provides a bit more impact, experience and stability than most other options for that position would off the bench imo.
You posted around 15 seconds before me to say pretty much the same, I hate you! You won this time, but my revenge will be horrible! (Halloween day won't help you)

Lam put Mcshazz on the bench a few times, and I think the strategy is clear : kicking duties on Ronaldson to lighten the burden of young Carty. Then powerful McSharry as an impact player, with Porter coming in to kick in the same time
For Leader I agree with Lam putting him on the bench
1) It might be the result of a negociation with Schimdt
2) he started 8 games in a row until now, the most used player in the squad!
3) Layden is a player I tend to trust

eta: anyone feeling Leader could feature on the wing off the bench in order to give himself more of a chance for the Irish 23 jersey against Georgia perhaps?

Strong enough team but not one that we should be afraid of. BP looks achievable and dare I say it a win, we're going to have to stop Tipuric from getting turnover ball.

Layden over Leader?
McKeon over Faloon?
Few puzzlers I have to admit
Was hoping see Ronaldson 10 and McSharry 12- we might have done had Lam seen how they did last week..
However Marmion being back is MASSIVE for us and think fair to say we all excited about Bundee Aki debut

Oh lord... that is not a sub front row, nay, a sub bench as a whole, that will strike fear into the hearts of Ospreys, or give us much of a hope if we're chasing the game by a score or two with 20 to go. I already knew it was a big challenge but with so many props missing atm its looking like a lbp would be a big result.
