Ospreys had much the better kicking game for much of the first half, Sam Davies started well but has kicked poorly in the last 10 or 15 minutes. Our kicking has been to be frank diabolical and clueless and is putting needless pressure back on ourselves.
Some good signs when we kept the ball in hand and Aki has shown some decent signs.
Very happy with the workrate but they will wear us down if we keep kicking aimlessly.
Before the game I'd have been happy with a bonus point. At this stage though we are well in the hunt.

We half kick aimlessly on numerous occasions, but Ospreys have obliged by turning it over almost immediately on getting within 25yds of our line. The few times we have kept the ball, we have made yards. For all their possession and territory, they have not really threatened.

Ospreys at the time were defending champions.
Nine years ago, wow! Good ol' Rob Dickson, talk about testing the limits of respecting the ref. I've seen teams toss the ball around 3 times with a fake drop out thrown in with nary a side ways look from the ref and this gentleman feels the need to have the game decided by his call. Just remember the total disbelief when he made the call.
Tell me about it, I was in Swansea doing the Red Button Fanzone for BBC2 Wales Scrum V.
Fair to say that I had to bite my lip for the final summation...
Fortunately it was a fair old way from the Media seats to our 22.
But in fairness it is a few years since we have seen anything as shocking as that from a referee against us, thankfully...

The IMF wrote: PP has the spread as +12, I think I like the look of that with Ospreys Welsh contingent missing (which probably means it's too low) but a certain Bundee Aki first try scorer is 18/1 for the pickings, or if you're feeling really optimistic 225/1 for the hat-trick!
The bookies are running for cover, i notice odds have been cut on Connacht, it's not often they get it wrong.
