Kyle and Tiernan were mingling with the crowd after the match last Saturday so I asked them when they're due back.
Kyle said he has a long term foot injury and didn't give any indication of when he might get back playing. Tiernan said he'll be ok for the Dragons match.

He was warming up with the rest of the subs, left soon after the start of the half but wasn't brought on immediately afaik. He might have cooled down a bit before getting on the pitch. I was under the impression he was hit with a tackle as he made that kick, maybe that was partly to blame if so?

I'm no physio, but it looked like a case of not being properly warmed up, which is very amateur. It happened with literally his first kick, having been on the pitch a few seconds. And to add insult to injury, it cost us a try too.

Ronaldson the only new injury from the weekend, out for four weeks with a hamstring tear.

Even before this news I would have been in favour of starting either Ronaldson or Carty against Dragons, I think it would be worthwhile especially as Parks will have to play one of the Munster or Leinster games. Sh's should be whoever is least sick this week. Marmion deserves a rest.

Regarding all the injuries. This 2 week break could not have come at a better time. All the players are shattered they are saying. Worrying to say the least

I was talking to some of the players after the Parma game, I mentioned how was JHW and was told that 100% fit to come back and that he was just unlucky.

Not sure if its the same problem as before.
Courage is knowing what lies on the other side and still opening the door.

That's desperate news and you really have to question why he was on the bench if he couldn't train all week. Similarly JHW was rushed back and immediately hurt himself again, we would have been better off with Heffernan on the bench from the start and not putting pressure on Wright to contribute. I realise injuries are reaching/at crisis point but they'll only get worse if injured players continue to be put out week after week.

So that's Browne added to the injury list now after last night, supposed to be out "several" weeks with a muscle tear.

Henry went off fairly early last night but I haven't seen anything on a potential injury, fingers crossed it was just precautionary.

Hopefully the team can get through the next two games with no injuries. The November break will be a welcomed sight. There might be a debate about what name to go with for So'oialo, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say "Lucky" isn't in the running. An ankle injury isn't necessarily one you associate with rushing a player in, but it does makes you think.
