Well that was sweet! Great win. Crazy amount of kicking though from both sides considering the perfect conditions. Poor Connacht lineout but scrum was great. Lovely moment when the Fields went up around the ground around 65 minutes! Heading into a run of three very winnable league games next up.

Best performance of season for me. The pack did their stuff ....anonymysed their back row, front row excellent. 6-8 Munster were ineffective while I thought JB played outta his skin. Mixed bag from Jack but thought back 3 especially were good. Made nonsense of non selection of Buckley Bealham TOH by Schmidt. We're up and running. I'm hopeful for first time in 14 months....... Excellent performance. BundeeForIreland!

clanman wrote: will munster field a weakened team? O'Mahony looked like he was carrying a knock in their last game, i'd be surprised if all 3 of earls, murray and zebo play. as always with munster if you can just about match them up front then the game is there for the taking.

don't think we'll be resting players, KK said this week that the match was an opportunity for the players to put in a performance to be in with a chance of International selection.

I think it will be close but a win is achievable

how wrong was I!!

Hoping for big games from
Tiernan O’Halloran, Tom McCartney, Finlay Bealham after their Ireland omissions.

Quinn Roux has also a point to prove.

Bundee Aki is getting a lot of stick from Munster fans on other forum's for being picked ahead of scannal so it would be nice for him to have a great game.

Really looking forward it

Isn't that the normal split Podge? 6:2 is the forwardy one. No-one really does 4:4.

The Craggy crew have heard that Matt has a slight, but unspecified injury, hence his omission from the match against Munster.

TBH I think Matt is a stronger defensive option than Kelleher who has been caught out on a few occasions this year so far, but let's hope he has a big performance on Friday and gets a chance to stretch his legs down the touchline once or twice.

who knows. Keane probably tried to figure out who's the "less worst" defender between Healy Kelleher and Niyi...
Our bench is stronger than theirs though, if we can hold until the hour, we should win this

Two strong sides. I hope home advantage and some decent weather (hopefully for once) might prove the difference.

You'd have to wonder about what's going on in Zebo's mind after this weeks shenanigans.
