Well he treats what he does seriously. He clearly puts a huge amount of work into his analysis and has built a great reputation for himself over the past few years. He doesn't rely upon cliches and tittle tattle.

I'm not sure what his hit rate is when it comes to rumours, as he generally doesn't report rumours, because he has interesting things to say about rugby.
