He's hugely unfortunate not to be starting every game

I wasn't going to the say the same, he was everywhere when he came on. he reminds me of O'Driscoll with his heads-up defence.

Did not get to see the whole game so would love a link to a full replay if there is one floating around.

I understand the argument for making a forward motm and every one of them were absolutely feral in their tackling and clearing out. But, looking back at the highlights you can't but notice the two clean breaks that Henshaw made and the lovely passes me gave that directly lead to two of the tries. That's the sort of speed, strength and skill that we've been crying out for all season imo and without those two plays the match was lost. Could one of our other centres have done that? Possibly, but it was Henshaw who was in the right place so I think he earned the award as much as anyone.

Looking forward to the Edinburgh game but even more than the Munster game it is the games against the opposition in the bottom half that defines our season and the guys have to be fully switched on and just as committed as they were on New Years. The clear outs were absolutely fantastic and that has to be the marker for the rest of the season. Perhaps helped a little by the wet pitch but all the same it was great to see consistent gains at the ruck and putting Munster on the back foot every time.

22-10 at the finish. Scarlets had their 2nd try inside the opening minute of the 2nd half but Ospreys managed to eventually work their way back into the game to prevent any further damage.

Scarlets away to an out of form Glasgow side next week. Cardiff at home to Leinster who won't want to lose the ground they gained this weekend.

14-3 at half time, Ospreys are very poor, Scarlets unlucky not to ground another try, don't see good news for us here unfortunately

Ya 14-3 at half time and Scarlets are good value for their lead. Ospreys in trouble at scrum time as they were last Saturday, missing a number of props through injury at the moment I think. Can only really see a Scarlets win at this stage and I wouldn't rule out a 5 pointer yet. Ospreys not really at the races and look short on ideas and grunt when they have got their hands on the ball. The absence of Rhys Webb not helping Ospreys either.

14-3 to Scarlets now at the half- not a great game but Scarlets well on top

Hold on hold on. I'm not taking for granted any away point. Away is away, with away refereeing. Scarlets are a good team even with 6 nations. For me, the real target is maintaining the Fortress, against Embra, than 2 of Glasgow/ulster/Ospreys

Gotta make hay around the 6N when our rivals will be missing/resting players, we need to have a healthy buffer built up before our last few games where points will not be easy to come by

Edinburgh and Scarlets are the games that we must get results in at least .

Puts more pressure on us for the Edinburgh match. Looking at our next 4 fixtures - Edinburgh (h), Scarlets (a), Dragons (a), Treviso (h) - if we get 12 points or more from those fixtures we're pretty much home and hosed.

Edinburgh beat Glasgow and denied them an LBP, excellent result for us, closes the gap to the top :P
