Is this the one that went upstairs to the video ref? I think it was actually Mike McCarthy who beat one of their backs for pace.

It was down our end of the ground, but I was probably watching through my fingers...

Sorta summed up his night really, barring a try himself...

Don't think his ability has been questioned, just his self-confidence. He really struggled in his first season with us offensively and defensively and that was a real dissappointment as he was coming in as one of our senior backs (A Intenational, and a few successfuly years in England under his belt)..

There is an article in the Times with an interview with Billy Millard talking about how he wanted the lads to live no the edge. That was living on the edge and it worked!

It was definitely Tuohy and we had a penalty advantage which probably influenced his decision to throw such a risky pass - worked out lovely!

Really hard to see from the video. It was definitely not NOC because he passed to the centres, nor Griff, because he was beside Duffy. So that leaves TOH, Tuohy and McSharry. Looks like 11 on the back (TOH) but it's blurry.

Just noticed, it was inches from an intercept which could have been run the whole way back. Oooof.

100% it was Tuohy who threw the pass for Duffy's try

So far in various reports I've read it was NOC, Griff, TOH, Tuohy and McSharry.

I rate McCrea, and I'm not Touhy's biggest fan, but he had a fine game against Quins. His chasing added to our kicking game, his pass for Duffy's try was brilliant, and when he was the only man between a prop and the line he didn't just bring him down, he smashed him. And McCrea picked up a minor ankle injury in the A game at the weekend, so I don't expect to see him.

As to Nikora, it was his second game back after long-term injury. He looke the business, but no way was he up to 80 minutes, never mind 80 minutes at that frenetic pace.

Regarding POD, you've a point, but I think his defence is better than Murphy's and that's why he's in. He put in some great hits, most of them legal. And I reckon you're always better bringing on an old head than a young one.
