LI might be a great move for him, if he's ambitious enough to leave Leinster, why would he come to Connacht to be 3rd choice No. 7?

He was on loan with us as injury cover, and anything you heard beyond that was conjecture.

In other good news for Connacht Robbie henshaw says that he is going nowhere for 3yrs minimum. He is happy at Connacht and as importantly at nuig. His degree is important to him and he wants to teach after rugby. He also says he's in no rush to play 13 and is happy out at FB. He will leave it in hands of his coaches.

Whichever region breaks rank first will get three or 4 top players for free. Maybe dragons recognise that.

True. I'd say there was some boardroom shenanigans also going on. Don't know why the WRU don't buy another 1% of Dragons and just bring it under direct control. Could make things a lot easier for them in the long run.

Well the 4 regions have a pact not to play centrally contracted players. Having said that it was dragons coach Lynn Jones who announced this morning that he had signed the central contract. Wales online went further and stared that ospreys had withdrawn their offer and that he was off to dragons.

Dragons are 50% owned by wru. Their CEO though has been one of the most outspoken against the wru throughout this saga though. Its interesting.

Harry Leonard joining Leeds and Gregor hunter and piers Francis are being released.
They have SA bezuidenhuit til end of season but hes been used primarily as a FB.

I think there may be a big signing on horizon.
