Jason tovey returning to the dragons from blues. Dragons recruiting we'll and look like they will be a much tougher proposition next season.

Many teams still have not finalised their squads for next season but this is how it seems to be at moment although conflicting info from different sources.
Overall Connacht have done relatively well with recruitment. Dragons have brought in a good coach and lots of experience and will be a greater force next season despite losing Lydiate. Scarlets look to be significantly weakened despite getting Barclay.
