That's a rather cynical view. Though if the Scots vote with the English and French (so 6-all on the board), the casting vote falls to a Jean-Pierre Lux, an ex-Dax player and LNR blazer, so you mightn't be that far off.

That said, his French wiki entry is fairly scathing of him ("puppet introduced as an alibi for the ERC"), so perhaps not.

That is a real success story, Glasgow is a big city but with all the football there it is still an achievement. They should probably sell out all the season tickets now

It shows how success breeds success that said I'm surprised at there signings this summer but you have to trust in current management they haven't done much wrong so far.
