Much better from him in the second half.
And as I write that there's an allegation of misconduct against him. Possibly squeezing a players testicles. The South African is seriously angry.
Replays look like they confirm it. I don't want this guy representing my team.

He was named, but doesn't seem to have started.

Just had another look. There was a Scottish runner parallel with him as he made for the line, a run around the posts was well covered and not on, shocking cover by the Scottish 12 who let him ghost past, but he seems a decent player.
He still could have ran it in 6-7 feet closer from the flag which would have cut down his angle significantly. I know its nitpicking but with that haircut I'm sure he's used to being picked on.
good players like james likes to challenge themself on the pitch, thats why he touched down in the corner rather then under the posts, where would the fun be in that
speaking of hair, anyone see denis buckleys hair, he posted a picture on twitter. ill guess it will be gone sooner rather then later.

"That haircut" is an improvement on some of the previous efforts, for instance the combined skinhead/mullet look in the link below.

The work of 2 blind prison barbers, I'd suggest.

Ah now, that's a bit harsh. If Gavin, TOH or Poolman scored a try like that...AND converted it, we'd be wetting ourselves.
I take the point , but we seem to have a proven international in form. So, woohoo!
If we want to improve we need to always strive to be better and that's by giving tough criticism. Next time he just as easily miss and cost us or Samoa a game. It's silly things like this that killed us this season past.

connachtexile wrote: What irritated me about his try was the Scottish players had either given up or were nowhere near him yet he still placed down in the corner making it a lot more difficult for himself to convert. You'd think he have the wherewithal to run a bit more making the angle easier for himself!
