When archer got his cap it was because fitzpatrick was injured, bent shown up, hagan treading water and loughney out of the picture since nz even here. Anyway he has a broken hand but his form and scrummaging has been good since xmas.

I hope none of the munster players go on either trip. Theres nothing to be gained and they could do with a good preseason after a decent rest. Connacht fans should be hoping for similar imo.

I wonder were Ricky Lutton will end up? I'd like to see him him brought to N.A. as we need to fastrack him. Will be interested to see how may Munster players make it now that Kidney is gone. Can't see Archer for a start making it near the senior team for another season or two at least.

Will be great to see Henshaw and Marmion get first full caps- well deserved after the season they've had.

The recently announces Tbilisi cup will have 4 teams playing in round robin format : Emerging Ireland, South Africa Presidents XV, Georgia (hosts) and Uruguay. Games will be on 7th, 11th and 16th June.
Supposedly 7-8 connacht players will be going. Eoin Mc Keon and Brett Wilkinson have been mentioned.
