George and White to the bench. White for JP Cooney, Georgie for Faloon, JOC to start

be hard to drop anyone from the pack following their heroics last week, but George on the bench doesn't seem right either... McKeon had much to good a game to be dropped, so likely be Kearney making way for George in 2nd Row, with JOC replacing Willie..
Also be very harsh on Ronan to be dropped- played like a man possessed on Friday

Tough decisions to be made here alright. Can McKeon play 7? JOC may start there as McKeon may have to left at 8 (thought he was very good last week) with George going to 4 and Kearney losing out. George's best position is definitely 8 though, don't envy Eric calling this one!

So just 2 selection posers then - gien that George will return to the backrow instead of Faloon, it's Loughs/White for 3 and McKeon/JOC in the backrow. And if McKeon is picked do you start him or George at 7? Thoughts?

SQUAD UPDATE FOR RETURN MATCH AGAINST BIARRITZ
The mood was high in training this week as Connacht Rugby prepares to depart for the South of France for their return match against Biarritz.
There were a few knocks and bruises picked up during Friday night’s 22-14 win at the Sportsground but the worst news came for Willie Faloon who suffered a fractured eye socket, ruling him out of selection this week.
Forwards George Naoupu and Nathan White both missed out on last week’s round 3 Heineken Cup clash due to injury but have since returned to training and are now available for selection this week.
The Connacht Eagles side have also been boosted up front with the news that both Rodney Ah You and Finlay Bealham have been struck off the injury list and can put their hand up for selection for this weekend when Welsh side Cross Keys come to visit.
Michael Swift returned to light training this week but it is unlikely that they will be ready to feature this Friday night at Parc des Sports Aguilera.
