Did I imagine it, or was there some article recently, where the PGB pretty much admitted that they didnt put the proper effort into player recruitment last season.
They were trying to work on upgrading the ground, and bringing in new sponsors.
If that's true, I can't fault them. It would be stupid to try and do too many things at once, and end up with everything done half arsed.
At least now we have a good new stand, and Mazda on board. There's not too much from an Admin point of view that needs tweeking this time around. Maybe better advertising around the ground.
But if they now have time to put all the efforts into player recruitment, and work as hard as they can, things will begin to look up

hopefully rumours started out of a connacht approach to the player even if this one doesnt materialise. At least that wud show that they are trying too address the 10 and goalkicking issue.

I know that he might not be a favourite of people to bring in to the team but he certainly has the experience. Personally I wouldn't mind, considering the list of alternatives that we are likely to attract would be quite short.

I've just been talking about it on Twitter. I fear it will amount to nothing.
I was basing my rumors on what Troy said last night.

Any truth to the Dan Parks rumour? was created by RonanL
There has been rumblings on here for a week or so about Dan Parks potentially joining us, and I saw Troy Nathan on twitter talking about it last night. Anybody have any solid info (or even idle speculation!)?
