Pontypridd are bringing a big crowd over for this, allegedly as many as 300.
They have been informing us of their previous form for drinking stadium bars dry, so we have thrown down the gauntlet and defied them to repeat the feat.
The Clan Bar is open especially for it.

Eagles vs Pontypridd on Sunday at 2pm in Sportsground. Almost forgot about this

Seen it advertised elsewhere as KO 2.30pm, anyone know the correct kickoff time?

What's this Connacht Rugby V Ireland fixture on November 13th?

Can't remember hearing mention of it.
Training game against Wolfhounds I presume.

That's a decent enough highlights package for something they put together themselves. No shortage of cash over there.

How is Nagle doing over there? Haven't anything about him.

Ian is "taking a break" from rugby. Gone to university in US.

Yeah but opened the door to a come back next year

He and Qualter are good prospects for next year, Swift will go peaceful and quiet.. Add Ian Nagle to them and we will be ok even without Roux

The Eagles pack was absolutely mullered! All bar one try (I think) scored either from scrum or rolling maul.

cian romaine is going to be a beast, he's not even 20 and for the last try he ran over the Bristol player to setup the try. He's a shoe-in for the Ireland u20's this year. the Abbeyknockmoy lad Blade who was close to getting on the senior team last year looks useful, i think the rest of his brothers are decent hurlers.

Highlights, yes the forward were dominated but Masterson and Blade look like stormers!

Fair weather fan that I am, I turned it off with about 20 minutes to go when we were miles behind and only had one try. Bonus point is a decent result.

Connacht had a great performance in the second half - and in fact won it 28-27.
This full strength Bristol A team was the backbone of their first team last year. They had a big strong pack today, which is where Bristol won it and it included players like Kyle Traynor, a prop who played for Scotland during the summer. Bristol are currently riding high in the Premiership A League, they beat Northampton away last week.
Plenty of positives to be taken from this performance.
