George has been inconsistent this season but there's still plenty of value there if he's willing to fight for a place.
Toh I like but he does need to have a look at himself.
Tonetti should be let go IMO.
As already pointed out having a fire sale is all well and good but picking up to 10 new players of BETTER quality is a tall order.

8. O'Halloran
It wouldn't surprise me if Dan stays around in a coaching capacity, maybe even player coach for one more season. I wouldn't have a huge problem with that, but we definitely need someone else as our main 10, whether that's someone already in the squad or someone new is the question. I wouldn't object to us getting someone with experience to help along the likes of Carty for a year or two.
I've been critical of O'Halloran over the years, but when he has come off the bench this year he has impressed me, so I'd be on for keeping him. I get the feeling himself and Dennis have a bit of a work ethic issue that Lam is trying to knock out of them, but I could be wrong.
You only have one Murphy in your list, which I assume is Frank. Agree completely. I wouldn't object to Brian Murphy being let go either. And Fafita? Tonetti has been unlucky with injuries but I'd let him go too.
I'd keep White and Loughney. Swifty is surely going to retire anyway.
Tiernan needs to go for his own sake, he's nowhere near delivering on his potential in any consistent sort of way. It seems like he needs a kick up the arse every couple of weeks to get going again, which is an indication of a player too much in the comfort zone (the downside of playing for your hometown side, with lads you've know for years).
My attitude is that I want every Connacht player to maximise his talent, even if that means moving away and playing for direct opponents. Although a LOT better in recent years, we still don't produce anywhere near the number of young talent as the other provinces so we need to ensure that indigenous talent has the pathway to deliver wherever that may be...

Signed until end 2014/15:
1. Loughney
2. White
4. George
Injury and Father Time agree with you:
3. Swift
5. Murphy
6. Parks
7. Tonetti
Why all the TOH haters? Probably available for buttons as I can't see any of the other provinces rushing to sign him, and he's (IMHO) actually pretty good.
8. O'Halloran

Brian Murphy needs more time to prove himself. George is a great impact player.
