One other thing lads, today the ground will be packed and there will be a lot of band wagoners around. These people can help drive Connacht rugby and if they have a pleasant experience they may just come back, so let's treat this as an opportunity to win some converts. So if a noob needs a hand figuring something out lend a hand. If they don't understand the rules try and explain them, whatever really you can do to make the SG seem more welcoming.

After the welcome the Clan received in Toulouse, I would like to ask all of you to give a warm western welcome to the travelling Toulouse fans tomorrow.
Make an effort to get to know them, invite any that around you at the game to come to the Clan Bar after the game.
Let's make the Sports ground a place that every team fear's to come but where every set of Supporters look forward to visiting. :woohoo: :woohoo:
If someone from the clan knows the match announcer it might be a nice gesture to ask hi or her to ask all fans to applaud the visiting fans for making the journey.

the best thing about away games is you need to chat to people and then you get to know them.
at home games, supporters usually do there own thing and usually with friends. its a lost chance to talk with fellow clan members.
not sure if anyone is interested or not but myself and shelflife will prob have a drink in 'the dail bar' at 3.30 tomorrow, then wander into a pub on shop st then one in 'o connells' before heading up to the ground to catch the pre match interview with locks!
anyone interested, dail 3.30

Connacht has benefited from HCup to close the gap with Ulster, Munster and Leinster in terms of support, structures and results. In a traditional GAA-sports region, the popularity of rugby has grown exponentially. Within 3 seasons, average attendance in the Sportsgroud raised from 2300 to 5100 (personal note : I think the figures a little optimistic). An official supporter club, the Clan, was created in September 2011. The old and "bucolic" ground of Galway turned itself to a 9500-capacity stadium to welcome the newcomers. A particular effort was made in parallel, to develop the Academy for Young players.
On the other page it was written we've a 2.5 million budget, if true that is making the amazing feat of Sunday even more unbelievable, as Toulouse have a 35 million euros amount!!

Beauxis will start at ten, a clear indication of a gameplan that will focus on kicking for ground. Muldoon and Heenan need to welcome him to Galway early.
Enjoy the game! I'll watch it in a Toulouse bar before the Stade LI game.
