It doesn't, they are two different legal companies working off separate budgets in different currencies....

Mazda UK (not Mazda Ireland) have agreed to a sponsorship deal with Ulster. Judging by the article it's not a full on replacement for their current BoI shirt deal, but in addition to it.
I hope the fact that there are two Mazda operations on the island is good for us, and that this doesn't put our deal with Mazda Ireland on shaky ground before we've had time to settle into it.
