OK a big thank you to Gallimhabu for sorting me out with tickets for this game. Im presuming that Connacht are getting a chunk for hosting this and its in their interests to ensure a full house.
Why then are they refusing to post out tickets to supporters who want to but tickets? they do for away games but wont for this one, makes no sense to me. Ive no problem paying a small admin charge and as swiftforprez said id rather give connacht the admin fee than ticketmaster.
I emailed the branch on friday morning and asked if i could collect the tickets at the game last night, my email was conveniently ignored. thats no way to treat your customers and why didnt they have a facility to buy tickets at last nights game.
this attitude will need to be eradicated as even if the contact email was out of the office then someone else should have been monitoring the email esp on match day.
Poor form IMO.
Plus 1. Like I said I'm having trouble getting tickets through ticketmaster so it would be more convenient for me to go through the branch and would rather give them the money. As for not selling them at the Zebre game that's a real missed opportunity.
Someone needs to get Alex Saul on the phone and tell him to get his sh*t together.

I had to go into the branch to buy five tickets, four were concession, so every penny counts, ee would prefer to give a handling charge to the branch rather than ticketmaster,
Glad to see that the season ticket holders were looked after

4 of the tickets i tried to buy were for unemployed, this makes a huge difference, two of those have had season ticket holders for at least eight years but could not afford them this year,
I called the branch to buy these and was told that they cant take orders over the phone,
Why not? They should be making it easier for those that want to go through the gate,
If extra charges have to be paid I prefer if they go to the branch than ticketmaster
