I think this guy has the right ideas

1. Pay clubs which develop players (like player royalties)
4. Propping roadshows at ploughing championships, vintage fairs, summer fairs etc
6. Subsidise a Polish rugby club (i.e. Irish based Polish club, like London Irish used to be in England)
7. Develop a partnership with the German Wild Rugby Academy

I'd also add getting two big Georgian props from their Under 20 squad and ask them do they wanna play for Connacht and Ireland. If they say yes give them a scholarship to a university and have them play for some AIL Club. After three years bring them straight into the academy as 2 IQ props and they'd probably be starting for Ireland the year after.

Saw this relating to Munster rugby on a munster forum. its an interesting concept and does throw up some good ideas ( along with the less so ), whether anyone in branch would listen or not is another thing. any suggestions?
