Probably. But why would we want to?

Premiership is very average at the moment arguable as poor as its been in the professional era? Then again we are also rubbish in general at the moment and over the course of a season that would be shown up. A lot of wear and tear in the Premiership in fairness and our pack would be beaten up a stick most weeks. I'd say if we were in the Premiership we wouldn't be relegated but we'd be in the Challenge Cup every year.
Similar to the Rabo though half a dozen quality signings in key positions and we could be up around mid-table. 3 or 4 serious forwards added to the squad would be a must to compete in that league.

Could connacht compete in the Aviva Premiership? was created by rossie
There has been a lot of debate since pro12 out did AP by 5 to 1 in the qualifying stakes of the HEC.
To put a connacht slant on it, given our great win friday, how do u think we wud do week in week out in that league?
Imo their league is quite average, al be it based on itv hilites and hec performances, and we wud be quite competitive against them.
What u think?
