Yes, they were quite clear in saying that if you, say, had a family ticket the person who bought the ST in the first place NEEDS to buy all the tickets in one go. You can't do it piecemeal.

My father got our tickets at the start of the season.
He got an email saying he has to purchase both tickets.

So if someone bought your ticket in a group.
This maybe the same thing that is happening to you?

If you buy and are the contact for your Season Ticket contact the branch tomorrow and ask why you're not getting emails- assuming you have checked that mail hasn't been filtered to your junk mail

How the emails worked is the account holder will get them. So if you're in a group ticket but someone else organises it they'll get the email.
The tickets are on sale tomorrow, I'd say on the tickets.ie portal that we get the season tickets,
only the account holder can get the tickets and can only go for their allocation once. So if there's a group ticket of 4 people and the account holder only gets 3 the 4th is gone. Until the general sale
Also if you are on a group ticket but someone else has the account in their name, only they can get your ticket.

Tomorrow. Open for a week to purchase in same spot for season ticket holders then go on general sale.

I'm season ticket holder but not getting any emails about any tickets .. anyone no when the tickets out or what's story ?
