Did a bug start going through the team yesterday? Bealham, McCartney, Carty & Healy not in the squad at all let alone starting. Not sure I agree with those decisions. Definitely a decent team and the game is still winnable, but I'm a little less confident.

Rotation indicator

in the main 15, 6 Worcester players started less than half of their Premiership games, 5 for Connacht

I'd hope experimental positional changes (winger as FB, FB as centre...) will disorganse their back-line though

Their back-row should be above.
10-12-13 should go Connacht way

Worcester:

Adams; Humphreys, Pennell, Mills, Hammond; Shillcock, Hougaard;

Waller, Singleton, Kerrod, Barry, Phillips, Denton, Lewis, Van Velze (capt).

Front 5 is similar to game in Galway, all change after that.
Humphreys, Hammond, Shillcock, Kerrod, Barry and Phillips did not play vs Bath

No Bealham?
Did I miss some injury there? Wonder if he's being considered for the 6N squad?

Hope McCoy can step up. Carey won't last 80.

Very worried worcester put their full-team and we don't

Either of Mccabe or Coulson will be fine, they both playing really well. Bealham will start.
Hard to know at hooker, Mccartney back to his best so he might get the nod, Im sure Delahunt will be involved at some time, Heff is behind these 2 at the moment

Id like to see Ronaldson get some game time but Id say he'll go with Carty who lets not forget has been excellent lately
Deegan was lucky to get MOTM in Geneva, his all round game is not up to this level

Id say he''ll stick with Masterson & Muldoon, Gallagher on the bench.

Id go with Kelleher

TOH @15 even tho Leader is really pushing him now

So for me its;
1McCabe2Mccartney3Bealham
4Dillane5Roux6Mul7Butler8Masterson
9Marmion10Carty
11Healy12Farrell13Bundee14Kelleher15TOH
16Delahunt17Coulson18Carey19Gallagher20Dawai21Mitchell22Ronaldson23Leader

Adeolukun,Akhi, Griffin other options on bench, Connolly if he's fit

It's very very unlikely we don't.
Oyonnax are last of top14. They'll send their Academy

If we put Worcester to the sword this weekend, Oyonnax will send a side equipped just to fulfil the final match, one that even an Eagles side (at home) should be able to beat...

There are people in this site much better at figuring out permutations than me, but isn’t there a chance the difference between getting a bonus point and not against Oyonnax will be significant?

Sadly Worcester, in the end, will go close to full-strengh ("the team will be close to the one who faced Bath")

It will be tough, tough, tough

Though we have to remember their 3 best players (Te'o, Schonert, and Lance) are all out, and the 4th one, Spencer, is uncertain

Let's do this!!!!!!!!!!

What are peoples' thoughts on...
1) Coulson v. McCabe
2) McCartney v. Delahunt
6) Masterson v. Gallagher
8) Masterson v. Muldoon
14) Adeolokun v. Leader v. Kelleher ?

(I'm assuming Bealham, Roux, Dillane, Butler, Marmion, Carty, Farrell, Aki, Healy & TOH are nailed on starters)

You took the words right out from my mouth...

My choices would be
1) Coulson
2) McCartney
6) Gallagher
8) Masterson
14) Leader (Niyi sat out on the training pics)

I'd add (my choice 1st)

19) Thornbury or Gallagher
20) Connolly or Dawai or Muldoon
21) Mitchell or Blade

And I'd say there's an outside chance Carey (who did so well vs Kilcoyne) will be prefered to Finlay
But a bigger chance to see Ronaldson in with Carty benching (he played every game since October, needs a partial rest, he may not have the stamina to play an hour vs such a physical team)

What i said poorly in the connacht munster thread is that the team has to be refreshed from time to time. You cant batter the same players every time. So i suppose it was poor team selection than anything that grated on me. Darragh will always be fine at FB, Stacey will be fine on the wing, why not Ronaldson at 10, rest John, give Dave a chance at hooker. You cannot continue to play the same team to death

Oyonnax game is when we rotate. Not for the most crucial game in our season (until the final maybe :P )

Personally expecting Deegan to have some involvement in this, if not its surely a clear sign he is doing F all to impress coaches,
From man of the match in France to playing Eagles doesnt say much about their believe in him
and as far as im aware i dont remember seeing him appear in an injury report since Oyonnax away.
