I know this will never happen.
At least most of our lads will still be playing together as there not that many AIL clubs to pick over here.
Hopefully these lads can raise the status for AIL clubs in Connacht.
I wonder what will happen to Connacht based with Leinster clubs like Masterson.2 I'm sure there are others Peter Robb?
Masterson plays for Corinthians, unless he moved this summer? Robb hasn’t played mucAdam Leavy plays for Lansdowne, I’m sure he’ll continue
I know it was a brother of someone. Sorry
I mixed up Masterson and Leavy

Leinster A would walk the AIL. The Connacht clubs that have been around for generations would be in huge trouble if they lost their provincial players to Connacht A full time. Terrible idea.
The Eagles lads were only missing a maximum of 6 AIL games per year for the B & I, these games will likely be replaced by an inter pro series so there probably won’t be much of an effect on clubs.
Masterson plays for Corinthians, unless he moved this summer? Robb hasn’t played much B & I or AIL over the last couple of years so don’t see how he’ll be affected. Adam Leavy plays for Lansdowne, I’m sure he’ll continue to play A games and be released for AIL as well, not sure what will change for him?

"This season will mark the final instalment of the British & Irish Cup. A meeting between the England Championship clubs and the English RFU produced a resolution that they no longer wished to play in the competition.
It is likely to provide the IRFU with some scope to potentially stage an A interprovincial championship among the provinces at the start of the season run over eight weeks and that would then allow the academy players to return to their clubs and compete in uninterrupted Ulster Bank League campaigns.
The B&I Cup has long been a bugbear for the clubs and even with a potentially later start to the campaign, having all their academy players available on a regular basis will drive up standards and also increase the quality of the club game."
Shame in one sense but the possibility of a proper A competition between the provinces is good
