Took his break through for the second try very well. Generally the back row were second best to their Ealing counterparts at the breakdown for most of the match. He'll improve with each game I'm sure.

The individuals didn't add up to a team equivalent to their ability.
Several tries scored by Ealing were from 1st phase so defence was not at required level. This improved a bit in the second half as Connacht began to recognise the Ealing patterns but even to the end there were some simple scores gifted to Ealing.
Lineout malfunctioned horribly with a very poor return and Ealing siezed on most of the errors especially as they realised the lineout was there for the taking they always had someone ready to collect any overthrows. Possibly the young second rows need the experience in calling lineouts but it's a big work on for December.
Scrum was refereed in a strange way so I wouldn't read too much into that. Definitely felt penalties went more to Ealing but could see reasons for calling the opposite way (what do I know about the front row?).
Overall the Eagles looked like a team who didn't play together very often and didn't communicate very well.
Hard to find individual fault with particular players and can't remember any clangers from the bigger names but there wasn't anything on the line for these players and it showed.
On a brighter note Shane O'Leary looked to be going really well for Ealing. I really worried for him last year as he was out so long with concussion but he was excellent yesterday in all aspects of play.

Did anyone go? That is not a team that should be shipping 70 points at home.
