I'm hearing in the background on the stream something about half an hour, so I guess they're either thinking it'll blow over in half an hour, or they will cancel in half an hour.....

Handling, missed tackles, static across the field, they look slow, laboured.

Playing too deep and Zebre up very fast. Hitting team mate in face from two feet is just cat

@ Sea_point Sincere Apologies. Unacceptable turn of phrase in a public forum.

Accoeted, fine over pints Pete, just not in print....;)

Half time in Parma, and the mother and father of storms has arrive. I'd expect the game to be cancelled never mind a very long delay......

Ref got us out of jail there after an unnecessarily risky lineout play on our 5m line. Everything seems to be a second slow and being played at 80% intensity (at most). We have a lot of good lineout options in the pack but not a specialist jumping lock and I think this is costing us badly, I don't know who's currently calling the lineout (probably Muldoon) but its probably adding to the uncertainty, we've lost what was a massive strength and the base for so much of our attacks in the past 2-3 seasons.

Carty has been reasonably smart with the boot but as the lineouts not working there's been no benefit from it.

Connacht seem very narrow (possibly due to the weather) and Zebre are sending up runners quickly to cut off the wide options so its been very easy for them to defend.

Griffin is mixing the good with the very poor, which is unsurprising as he hasn't played with any regularity in about two years now.

22-10 to Zebre at half time. Forcing way too much. We can win this but we really need to start defending better and taking simple choices in offense

Watching the Munster game at same time as following here. Gosh, i cannot understand what is happening in Italy. I expected a comedown from the May high but not this. Just keep hoping there will be a wakeup call soon.

22-10 now at half time and rain lashing down. It's going to be a long way back. Last two weeks were tough to take but lose here and really its hard to see this season amounting to anything.

Something gone very wrong.

Given the levels reached though, you got to think the players need to take a lot of responsibility for where they are.

Real shame.
