Terrible news indeed, best case scenario is a child growing up without either parent :(

An absolute animal of a player, the most dominant defensive player I can ever remember seeing, always had a smile on his face and was, by a street, my favorite All Black.

Very sad. I remember being incredibly excited to see him turn up with the Ospreys, and how honest he was afterwards when he admitted that the ref had done them a favour! RIP

"Former All Blacks captain Jerry Collins and his wife have been killed in a car crash in France, New Zealand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said on Friday.
The couple died in the crash in the early hours of Friday on the A9 motorway in Herault, southern France, according to local media reports."

RIP. Great player and by all accounts a gentleman. I remember him having an immense game for the Ospreys against us at the Sportsground a few years back. He looked different class.
