I didnt realise Westmeath(McVeigh), Laois(Moloney) and London(Romaine) were in Connacht.
Thanks for the geography lesson.
I've never claimed they arent connacht players, but they are not from connacht.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Connacht pursue Carberry, Dwan, O'Connor and maybe Oliver.

Leinster, granted have more numbers but they have pumped so much money into Development Officers.
If you go back over the numbers in underage squads the past 3/4 years. We have a higher of representatives then Munster normally now. And that is with a lower player base.
Overall though, I think they are in massive massive trouble.
you have more numbers this year because of exiles(Romaine) and leinster schools players(Moloney, Gaffney & McVeigh)
Romaine is from the uk.
Gaffney is from Connacht but went to a leinster school for rugby reasons.
Moloney and McVeigh are from Leinster and went to Leinster schools and played for Leinster underage teams before joining connacht academy/sub-academy.
O'Donnell is the exception.

for the purposes of player development they don't.. Jones/Keatley produced by Leinster schools/underage and Marmion by exile program.

What is going wrong in Munster? The current batch of u-20s would've been 11 or 12 when they first won the Heineken Cup.
And three who went to Cistercian College Roscrea....almost the same as Munster.
