He is still on the road to recovery as far as I know, not sure if he has a target date yet.

BTW how is the real SOB? He's been injured a long time, does he have a comeback date set?

Our sponsored played Sean O'Brien will also be there to chat to us, and we'll be making a presentation to the Exeter supporters who were so good to us when we were in Devon, so let's get a good crowd into the Dail from 1PM to show them a real Clan welcome!

At least you know we lose gracefully.

Looking forward to the weekend. It sounds like there are quite a few travelling over.

I like Heffernan but in all honesty we can't start him in a game like this. The lineout isn't just down to the hooker but we need solid set pieces if we are to give ourselves a real chance next Sunday and unfortunately its cover your eyes time when Heffernan is throwing the ball into the lineout.

Ronan Loughney made some very good carries for us when he came on last Friday. While we struggled in the scrum at that stage I wouldn't hold that on him and I'd be happy to see him get a run out here.

If Kearney is available I'd be happy to start him. I'd maybe have Swifty in for the La Rochelle game.

Forgot that Cooney was unavailable, strange loan deal given it has had him playing with the A team on European weekends which he could have done as easily with Leinster.

I think we need more impact off the bench than the bench you have below.

We've got ourselves in a position to win this group so let's try and finish the job, we probably need to freshen things up. I'd bring Matt Healy in for Mils move Daragh Leader to full back, Dave McSharry will have to come in for Bundee, Ronaldson to start at 10 if fit, I'd be tempted to give Cooney a go at 9 and start George from the off, maybe moving McKeon to 6.

Mostly agree, but Conney can't play in Europe and McKeon, Buckley, Muldoon McCartney and Muldowney need a real rest.
Marmion hasn't played that much
I'd go with

1)Lough
2) Heff
3) AhYou (White on his way back so no problem to play him)
4) Swifty
5) Kearney
6) Browne (Masterson can't play Europe :S )
7) Faloon (Heenan on his way back so no problem to play him)
8) Naoup
9)Marm
10) Ron
11) Healy
12) McShazz
13) Henshaw (won't be seen in the Sporstground before March so...)
14) Niyi (rest Poolman)
15) Leader

16) Delahunt
17) Buckley
18) Bealham
19) Qualter
20) Connolly
21) Blade/porter
22) Nikora
23) Poolman/Finn

Still very down about Friday's result but setbacks always happen during every season and its important we react here and end January in a positive frame of mind and still involved in Europe. The league is our undoubted priority but a home quarter final would be fantastic. Exeter are having a tough time at the moment, 4 in a row lost now so it'll be two teams who need to get back on track after a good start to the season coming head to head next Sunday. Like us though their priorities are Top 6 or 7 in the Premiership which is extremely congested at the moment so it'll be interesting to see what approach they now take to the Challenge Cup.

The fact London Irish got 4 tries on them is hugely encouraging given how they have struggled this season. However, we know that Exeter are still a formidable side and for once we need to start properly and not give them the confidence boost they probably require after recent weeks.

Hopefully the loss will damage their confidence
