My brother bumped into Bundee and Robbie at work yesterday. He said Bundee was very up for the game. Can't wait!

As has already been mentioned, I think the battle at 7 will be key tomorrow. I hope JOC keeps in touch with McKeon and sends him a motivational text in the morning that goes something along the lines...

"I want you to ruin someone's f@~#*&% day...!"

I don't know what to think about the game, I'm trying not getting too carried away but the thought of Aki, Henshaw and a blitz defence is making me salivate.

Wearing my green coloured glasses it would be tough for me to leave Healy out. He's been in great form most, if not all, of the season.

Tough choices has to be made :P

Everybody will scream about who I'd pick, Connacht and Leinster fans, but this would be my "mix XV"

15. Kearney
14. Poolman
13. Henshaw
12. Aki
11. Kirchner
10. Gopperth
9. Marmion

1. Buckley
2. McCartney
3. Furlong
4. Roux
5. Toner
6. Muldoon (captain)
7. Jennings
8. Heaslip

Replacements:

16. Cronin
17. McGrath
18. AhYou
19. Douglas
20. Faloon
21. Boss
22. Carty
23. Leader

We have to have them in the front five, lineout will be more even without toner. Jenno and boss are abrasive, probably out main difficulty will be keeping Jennings away from rucks but if we can do that and handle inevitable kicking from that back three we can beat them. Fired up for this one!

18. Ultan Dillane

Fair play to Lam for picking Dillane and not going with the safe option in Swift. I'd say the academy must be buzzing at the moment with all these young lads given a chance to show what they can do. Dillane has really manned up this year and I'm happy that he's getting a chance.

Are they seeing something that we aren't. Very tempted to take the 7/2 but might play it safe and take the generous +11.

+11 looks a gift. Bet 365 are currently offering 10/11 at +12.5, skybet were offering 8/1 on the straight win but they cut the price almost immediately to 5/1.

I'll eat my jersey if they beat us by 13 points

Can't do that I'm afraid, you have to have 3 front rowers, and you can hardly go with one player to cover 2nd and back rows.

yeah rookie mistake

For T'morow, the strategy is clear and obvious. Send all the time Carty Aki and Henshaw in the gaps between Gopperth (not as good defender as Madigan is), Reid (only 3 starts this season), and Fitzgerald (a winger at 13)

Muldowney will have to jump, he did ok against Bayonne. I watched Con/Scarlets again, and noticed McKeon took 3 or 4 balls in the air too.. That maybe explains why he's picked ahead of Faloon...
