That said, after the missed tackle on their 14, that is lovely try

Exactly. If his last one had some more height and depth it would have been much more contestable.

Yeah Niyi seems to be able to take his man in the air but they need to be dropping in and around the 5 metre line or in the try zone to make the most of it. No point hanging it up high and Niyi catching when there are 3 defenders over there anyway by then to stop him making any other ground.

Seems like the lambs to the slaughter are fronting up like most of us were hoping they would :woohoo:

Good game of rugby, my french isn't what it used to be but the commentators seem a touch impressed by us and so they should be

Blade is having an absolute blinder by the way, keep having to tell myself Marmion isn't out there

Edit: on the kicks I think they fancy Niyi versus his opposite wing in the air and judging by the one he took they are dead right, but if Miah is going to put them that high he could send them longer too

We're going for lots of cross kicks (usually with pen advantage) but execution is poor, they are hanging way too high

There is an argument that he was going to block the kick. It was careless if so and could easily have been called for a trip.

Miah has been hot and cold. Great positional kicking, some very poor cross-fields.

Wow back to 1 point down 14-13, some achievement given the soft tries we've leaked but in general we're playing very well, Muldowney, Faloon, Blade, Healy all very active
