Came on at half time. Got injured within a minute. One of our lads feel on him and his leg got caught in the ground. Big scream, ref blew up straight away. Stretcher came on. But he was helped off by the physios. Stayed seated until towards the end, then was helped away by McKeon and healy who were called down from the stand.

When Heehan came off, he went to talk to Swifty, and just shock his head.

( Also, when Stevenson ( ulster 2nd row ) was subbed. Came straight over to Swift to see if he was ok. Ulster alre always very classy )

Good hit out for some of the squad players and players returning from injury. Hopefully Jake Heenan can step up his comeback. Kearney back is a big plus, he might be going to Leinster but he has a key role to play for us in the coming weeks and months. Good to see Niyi getting another run out, will probably be in the 23 for Scarlets, Rodney needs to up his game starting here. We'll have to see if Nathan White will be available to us but the performances from Rodney over the last couple of games have been very poor and that's being kind.

On a sidenote, another win here would give a chance to try and win this interpro series, not particularly significant in the overall scheme of things but would be a confidence booster within the squad and keep competition for places high.

Glad to see Carr back and in full health.
