He was definitely impressive in his last outing, can't make sense in the case for leaving him out

Well, sad news for Fetu'u, he won't be taking part in Tonga's final match of the RWC. In fact he doesn't even make the bench. I hope this isn't anything more than a selection decision.

Still, he'll be rested, if not seriously jet-lagged once he touches down in Ireland. I doubt he'l make the Leinster match, which is a shame, would have been nice to see him rounding Fionn 

He may have asked not to be considered given that he has yet to hook up with the Connacht Squad, he probably didn't want to risk injury what with the HEC games only around the corner....

Superb take from a high ball for his first bit of a skill, very strong run. Nice finish for his try, even if the pass was miles forward

He did well with a powerful run, bursting through a tackle and nearly got over the line to score. Took his try well a few moments later. Real positive stuff, could cause havok for a few defenses this year if he is allowed enough of a run at them

Fetu'u just scored a try and supposed to be playing great in the second half.

Fetu'u's picked again- for tomorrow morning's match v Japan (8.30 am Irish Time)-on ITV & Setanta

Sky+ it this morning and going through it, he looks handy enough. Quick feet and tried to get involved by coming off his wing, but one thing that he'll need to sort is the one handed carries, far to easy to dislodge possesion especially during a wet Galway winter..

Dissapointed with the Tongans overall, they haven't made the progress that the Samoans have, certainly don't rate their 10 at all.

Canadians very impressive, huge physicality. Very surprised to see Jamie Cudmore stay on the pitch for and entire match...

got up v early to watch FV, quite impressed, few good pacy runs, strong in contact, couple of good offloads, had a quite 2nd half, all in all I think he  will be a valuable addition. I am quitely confident that additions such as Henry F, jarvis, O'connor and FV will more than make up for the losses during the summer

It'll be a good result for us s/p. If they don't qualify we get him back quicker 

woke up at 3.30 and watched a great game but fell asleep when i was ment to watch fetu, dont think i missed much, girlfriend wasnt to impress waking up at 3.30

Actually feedback that I saw was that it was a very good match in thebalance to the end, not best result for our Vainikolo though...
