Jake Heenan ( Sorry Swifty & Mul)
Born March 17, 1992
Current age 21 years 288 days
Major teams Connacht, New Zealand Under-20s
Position Flanker
Height 1.89 m
Weight 98 kg
He just wants the ball, out standing in defence and attack. He was sulking when substituted against Zebra in HCup
IMO does not get enough credit his performances deserve
Disappointed ( Outside of Parks and Murphy)
George - just looks like he is running in sand at the moment
2014
Clarke :- Fast learning what is required to play the game here. Will restore the Sports Ground reputation of "Welcome to Hell"

Right- I think 2 sets of Best Moments are running- one Best for the Clan as a whole; two Personal Bests..
My personals are
1. TOULOUSE- the game, the lead up, and the afters singing for the lads to come out!!
2. GOODBYE TO ERIC- so many years given and he left us with sense of purpose, ambition and confidence.
3. CLAN ON TOUR- (I'm a soft eejit!) The forum keeps us up with what's happening, so before we go we have a PLAN. Great meeting so many of ye.. roll on Sarries
4. MEETING PLAYERS PARENTS- keeps the reality of the blows the lads take for the game- eg Dad McSharry so delighted that Dave was playing again... Mammy Swifty not wanting to watch the tackles..
5. TOULOUSE- sorry did I mention that already....

1) Toulouse away win (still can't believe what I saw in this stadium :woohoo: )
2) Players coming to talk to me in Castres, so Friendly
3) Fields of Athenry in the Stoop, January. 80th, led by 40, and we were making more noise than 14000 Englishmen! Still have shivers of excitement
2013, emotional year, great pride to be part of the Connacht advanture !

The adventures of Pinky was definately a highlight on here. I think the Dail has been a huge success, I've gotten to meet (and drink with) more Clanners because of that than anything else.
On the pitch, obviously the big wins were great. I think Marmion and Matt have been great, but also the improvement of some of the other players has been immense. Someone was suggesting Rodney for Player of the Year. Who'd have thought of that at the start of the season!

Best moments for me. Beating Biaritz at home, beating Toulose away and being over at Arms Park for that win and having Swifty and Mul come over and thank us (but mostly me
) for making the trip.
Cool story bro and Ralf Little to play me in the movie

The highlights on the field was undoubtedly Toulouse away and some good away wins in the 2nd half of last season. We all know the players who have performed well for us but overall 2013 for me has been a disappointment. I'd like to think we are making progress and in some aspects we are but as a team we are not performing consistently in most facets of play. Lets hope we can start to consistently realise our potential in 2014 but I won't be holding my breath.
A few victories on home turf are essential in 2014 if Connacht are to keep the public on side.
